Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within 3 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include the RA number on your return package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
